APPLY NOW Field Sales positions: FEC – Field Energy Consultant (In-home Sales and Lead Generation) Educate homeowners to the benefit of alternative energy and save them money. Using state of the art software you will demonstrate the potential layout, function and benefits of solar energy based on their needs. Take a consultative approach to educate customers on the growing solar/clean energy industry. This position requires drive, self-motivation, the desire to help customers, confidence (without arrogance), and a high degree of professionalism to represent a product that is truly changing the world. CAM – Channel Account Manager Manage our largest retail partnerships (The Home Depot) to achieve lead volume and bookings objectives for the channel’s residential markets. Provide leadership and guidance on lead generation for residential solar systems and home energy efficiency audits as well as manage in-store third party lead generators. Develop and drive lead generation strategies, sales bookings performance. Build and manage long term key channel relationships as well as ensure 100% channel partner satisfaction. RSM – Regional Sales Manager Manage a team of Outside Energy Consultants. Hire, train, coach and mentor and deliver required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing team work load. Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. RCD – Regional Channel Director Directs, coordinates, and is responsible for lead generation activities at retail stores and kiosks in a specified geographic area to maximize lead quantity and quality. Achieve and exceed regional lead and booking goals on a monthly and annual basis while ensuring retail partner satisfaction, adhering to company policies, and governmental regulations. Hire, train, develop and lead their team of Channel Account Managers (CAMs) and Field Energy Specialists (FESs) to accomplish agreed upon goals. RSD – Regional Sales Director Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve bookings and margin objectives for the region’s residential markets. Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of selling residential PV systems, as well as kick-off community programs in accordance to SolarCity business processes. Execute sales strategies, continually recruiting, coaching and developing the sales team to drive sales performance overall.
