"Tackling Cyber Security Risks and Threats" Presented by The Jacksonville CFO Leadership Council Tuesday April 19, 2015 @ 7:30am – 9:30am   Panelists Include: Jim Casey, Vice President Asset Protection, Stein Mart Eric Fromm, VP Security Practice, Enterprise Integration Jeremy Miller, Vice President, Harden Jason Raymond, CISSP, Vice President and General Manager of Astadia Enterprise Technology Solutions Cyber Security – Recent breaches at major companies, Apple vs. FBI, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Target – cause concern and reason for CFOs to collaborate with fellow C-suite execs to detect and tackle these risks & threats for your company, and understand & protect against the future risks.    We will explore:  Current cyber threat picture for all industries with real life examples Employee negligence – the #1 threat Cyber risk governance from the Board and C-Level Technologies needed to combat cyber security Managing a breach and more.   SPEAKER BIOS:    Jim Casey, Vice President Asset Protection, Stein Mart:  Jim Casey has been the Vice President for Asset Protection at Stein Mart, Inc.  since June of 2013. A .3B national retailer with nearly 300 stores, Stein Mart features current season, better fashion merchandise in a department store presentation, but with discounts between forty and sixty percent. The company also features a growing e-commerce presence at steinmart.com.  Mr. Casey’s responsibilities include utilizing a staff of approximately 85 Corporate and field personnel to help protect all of the company’s assets including its people, information, data, and merchandise. He is also responsible for Risk Management as well as Safety and Security. Several of Mr. Casey’s recent initiatives include enhancing programs related to Crisis Management, Workplace Violence, Data Breaches, Continuity of Operations, and technology upgrades including the use of Radio Frequency ID and loss prevention analytics.   For two years before he came to Stein Mart, Mr. Casey was the leader and founding partner of a boutique investigative consulting firm, INTELACHT Group, LLC Intelligence/Diligence/Risk™ which specialized in complex investigations, cyber security, white collar investigations, and executive background profiles for law firms, finance, and the private sector. The firm was a consultant to the PGA Tour where he helped provide security to Tour players and events around the country.   Mr. Casey had a successful career of 32 years in law enforcement culminating in his assignment as the Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Jacksonville Field Office from 2008-2012. There he lead a staff of approximately 250 special agents, task force officers and analysts directing all FBI investigations in a forty county area of North Florida. These included matters in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, public corruption, corporate fraud, and human and technical intelligence.     Eric Fromm, VP Security Practice, Enterprise Integration: Eric is an Associate Vice President in Enterprise Integrations Security Practice. Eric has over 22 years of experience with administering and managing security solutions with a strong focus on infrastructure security. Eric joined Enterprise Integration in 2003 as part of their Infrastructure Security Practice and is responsible for delivering security solutions to Enterprise Integrations customer base.   Jeremy Miller, Vice President, Harden: Jeremy began his career with Harden in 2003 as a commercial insurance broker. Over these 13 years, he has obtained his certifications as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Also, he has won several awards including The Blood Alliance's Chairman Award and one of Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 Under 40.    Jason Raymond, CISSP, Vice President and General Manager of Astadia Enterprise Technology Solutions, which is a global technology services firm providing flexible, scalable, holistic business and technology solutions that help organizations around the world implement, augment, modernize, maximize, secure and support their critical technology and business investments. Jason joined Astadia in December 2013 initially as Vice President of Information Technology & Operations. In that role he helped Astadia align many operational and technical processes with corporate strategies that drive financial health and growth. He was promoted to his current role at Astadia in March, 2015. A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and recipient of the 40 Under 40 in Business Award in Jacksonville, Florida, Jason is also a board member for Betty Griffin House, a local community crisis center for victims of domestic violence.           Please note that service providers or any executives who are not senior financial executives (CFOs, Vice Presidents of Finance, Controllers, Directors of Finance, etc.) will not be admitted attendance to this event.
