Who is the course for? How many hours CPD? 3 hours CPD This workshop will run from 9.30a.m. to 12.00p.m. Certificates of attendance will be provided at the end of the session. Is the course assessed? The course is not assessed. However, the course leaders will interact with you during the session to assist you in using reflective techniques.  Cost £80.00 (early bird before 24th February '16). £120.00 (full price). Trainers Daniel Tapsell PgC, CfPAC, MInstLM, ICF, LicAc MBAcC Daniel Tapsell of Vital Seminars is one of the most experienced acupuncturists currently practicing Classical Five-element Acupuncture. Daniel has been practicing clinically within the NHS as a private acupuncture practitioner for over 22 years. He is a Safe Practice Verifier for the British Acupuncture Council and also teaches a Master Apprentice one-to-one and clinical supervisory apprenticeship programme. Daniel has been interviewed for several newspapers, radio and magazine features, including Channel 4 news on behalf of the British Acupuncture Council on the topic of Acupuncture efficacy. He has also written a number of articles, including one on men's health, featured in Acupuncture journals and on the web. Daniel has completed more than 220 hours of training in Tibetan Mindfulness-Based Meditation (MBSR, MBCT) as well as a Postgraduate qualification in Mindfulness: Neuroscience and Clinical Applications, from King’s College London. He is a certified Performance Executive Coach for Leadership and is a member of the institute for Leadership Management (ILM) and has been mentoring and coaching Resilience through Zen-based Mindfulness and Self-Compassion since 1987. Daniel is also an assistant on the Mindful Self-Compassion course (MSC) at Westminster University. Daniels ‘teaching style’ is informal and interactive, emphasising learning through experiencing and creating a non-judgmental and warm workshop environment. Uliana Oleynikova MSc KC, MSc Aalto, CfPAC Uliana is the owner of Mind in Shape, a London-based consultancy that specialises in applying the latest neuroscience to Effective Leadership, Learning and Development and Performance Optimization. Her neuroscience-based bespoke trainings and workshops are designed to provide leaders and professionals with necessary skills to effectively: Manage emotional states Manage time Create desired habits and make them stick Improve interpersonal communication Improve decision making Tap into creativity Increase working memory Stay focused Uliana has a wealth of international commercial experience having worked nearly 10 years in corporate sales, supply chain management and project management roles in various organizations. She holds an MSc in Industrial Management from Aalto University and an MSc in Mindfulness: Neuroscience and Clinical Application from King’s College London. Uliana is also an accredited Executive Performance and Leadership coach (Performance Coaching and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certification). This mixture of neuroscience knowledge and international corporate experience gives her a unique understanding of the challenges business leaders and professionals face in their daily lives.
